I had an insurance covered breast reduction with another dr in my plan and I was extremely dissatisfied with both doc and staff. The doc was not realistic in setting expectations of outcome, thus surgical outcome also dissatisfied. With the other office it took well over 4 months for me to coordinate my breast reduction I had to make MANY calls to doctor and insurance company, your office was wonderful! The patient education book was extremely helpful and comprehensive as well as the post op instructions, I referred to them often. I am extremely satisfied with my sugical result and refer you to others often. I would have been more than satisfied and happy with everything had I not had a bad experience with another office, but the fact that I did just made y'all shine more! It was like a video of how the process is done wrong and how it is done right... y'all got it WAY right!

I chose Carp Cosmetic for a few reasons 1st I felt more comfortable with Dr. Carp and his staff, 2nd I felt that Dr. Carp was more knowledgeable and was concerned about giving me what I wanted rather than "one size fits all" procedure, 3rd His operating privilege was at a hospital I was more comfortable with. Laurie was upfront, honest and helpful with the financial arrangments and the nurses were great, they answered all of my questions and explained everything to me, even if they were not immediately available when I called they were quick to get back to me. I actually called several plastic surgeons. Another platic surgeon gave me an estimate that was much higher than the estimate from Dr. Carp. Carp Cosmetic gave me an estimate at the time of the consultation. That is when I made my decision.
